In my previous post i mentioned various ways by which you can access blocked websites.Infact they are little technical.You can access the blocked websites merely by proxy servers.Just go to sites like
1)vtunnel.com
2)kproxy.com
3)anonymouse.com
For messengers you can go to meebo.com
These websites change their I.P. address so often that they can't be blocked.You can also use these websites if you do not want to reveal your I.P.address to website you are visiting or while downloading from websites like rapidshare etc..
